Our Process
We never want to be the middleman in the relationship between you and your client, which is why clients cannot book the studio directly. By working directly with photographers, we ensure a seamless booking process, align expectations, and reduce administrative time, which helps keep rental rates low.
To book The Calvert Studio, photographers must complete our booking request form to ensure we have your information on file and establish a professional relationship. Once approved, you’ll gain access to our password-protected calendar, making it easy to schedule your next rental and position our studio as a trusted amenity for your clients.
Using the space is easy. You'll have a unique code to our wifi enabled lock and you'll let yourself in at your scheduled time. You'll have complete access to our studio and all of our tools and props. We want you to feel at home. We have wifi and an Alexa made to play music. At the end of the session you'll complete standard check out tasks and send a brief walk through video before you leave and lock the door.
