Booking & Pricing
Photographers must fill out our booking request form so we can have their information on file and to gain access to our password protected calendar. Photographers must book the space and not the clients.
Rentals begin at your scheduled time and not a moment sooner. The rental ends when you walk out of the space. All set up and clean up time must be done during your scheduled rental. To keep our rates low we ask that you wipe surfaces and leave the space as you found it and broom swept.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Your payment is a retainer that holds your time slot on our calendar. This payment is non-refundable. Booking change requests made 72 hours or more before your scheduled time slot will be allowed to reschedule for a $25 fee.
The Calvert Studio rental rates start at $115 for a 2 hour rental. We do not offer single hour rentals.

2025 Rate
TWO HOURS - $115 || FOUR HOURS - $225 || EIGHT HOURS - $445 || FULL DAY - $600
We offer stock content, including images and video clips, to help you market your sessions. This content is available for use on social media and your website, allowing you to easily showcase the studio and advertise studio access to your clients. We just ask that you tag our studio on social media posts when you use our content.
We are currently renting our space directly to photographers and vendors only.
To book The Calvert Studio, please fill out the booking request. Once approved, you’ll receive a password to access our online booking page within 24 hours. If you need faster access, email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We never want to be the middleman between you and your client, which is why clients cannot book the studio directly. By working directly with photographers, we streamline the booking process, align expectations, and help keep rental rates low.
